• Endodontic Fine Mechanical Procedures

  • Initial Canal Negotiation（初步探查）使用 #8 或 #10 的 stainless steel hand file 探查根管，確認通暢性與方向。
  • Working Length Determination（工作長度測量）使用 apex locator 並佐以 X-ray，確認工作長度。
  • Glide Path Preparation（滑行通道建立）使用 hand file 或 glide path rotary file（如 ProGlider）建立通順通道。
  • Mechanical Shaping（機械性擴大成形）使用 rotary 或 reciprocating 系統（如 ProTaper Gold、WaveOne Gold）進行根管擴大。
  • Irrigation（沖洗）（貫穿整個過程）搭配使用 NaOCl、EDTA 等，保持根管清潔並移除 smear layer。
  • Recapitulation（再通性確認）用小號 hand file 再次探查至工作長度，確保沒有堵塞。
  • Final Irrigation（最終沖洗）完整清潔根管，可能會使用激活裝置（如 ultrasonic 或 EndoActivator）
